1) How to make a hotel reservation with us?
Once you have selected the hotel where you would like to stay then please click the :Book now button. Please fill out all the required information and click the send button. Your information will then be automatically be entered into our reservation system. You will be send an email instantly with your reservation details and to indicate that your reservation has been received and is being processed by our team of highly dedicated reservation agents.
Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your stay after arrival, please contact a Resorthotel office so you are not charged the hotel's full room rate.
Kindly note that the Single room rate refers to a 1 person occupancy, and a Twin room rate refers to an occupancy of 2 persons. You can request a room with either 2 Twin beds or 1 Kingsize bed if available.
2) What happens once Travel Asia Online receives your reservation?
Once we receive your reservation, our reservation agents will immediately proceed with your reservation. They will send your booking to the hotel or hotel wholesaler for confirmation. Normally within 12 hours our staff will notify you by email the final status of your reservation.
Kindly note that we do not require your credit card details upon your initial enquiry. When you are ready to go ahead and confirm your booking, we do require full pre-payment by credit card.
Upon confirmation (usually within 12-24 hours), you will receive a confirmation voucher with all your reservation details listed. This voucher is to be presented upon check-in at the hotel. You will also receive a copy of your credit card transaction details.
3) Am I able to make a reservation directly through the hotel?
The rates that Travel Asia Online for the numerous hotels and resorts are wholesale rates due to the fact that we are arrange the travel needs for a large number of travelers. You may book directly with the hotel however the rates offered to you by the hotels are normally significantly higher.

8) What security am I guaranteed when using a credit card?

The information can only be read by the Customer Reservation Department.
9) Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our listed rates are quoted in US$ Dollars according to the hotel, per room per night and are inclusive of service charge and Government VAT. Rates are subject to change without notice.
10) Can I pay directly to the hotel when I arrive?
No. We require full prepayment and as the booking is made through Travel Asia Onlin e, payment should be made directly to us and not to the hotel.
11) What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that we will only charge a cancellation fee for confirmed reservations. If you choose to cancel a confirmed reservation then you are subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations unless the hotel or wholesaler have different policies. These policies will take precedence over the policy stated here.
Cancellation fee:
More then 14 days before arrival: There is a 10% administration fee with a minimum of $35 USD
Within 14 prior to arrival: 10% administration fee plus One night cancellation charge
