We do understand that you may have to change or cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that we will only charge a cancellation fee for confirmed reservations . If you choose to cancel a confirmed reservation then you are subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations unless the hotel or wholesaler have different policies. These policies will take precedence over the policy stated here.
If you wish to cancel your booking please advise us as early as possible. For 1 night stays only, if a one night cancellation fee is applied, no additional administration fee will be charged.
Cancellation period
Cancellation charges which will be applied to you
• + 14 Days prior to arrival
10 percent administration fee of your total booking cost with a minimum of US$35
• 13-7 Days prior to arrival
10 percent administration fee of your total booking cost plus one night cancellation fee
No Show Policy : If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is classed as a No Show. In this case, full charge of your total booking cost will be applied.
Extension of Stay : If, after your arrival, you wish to extend your stay at the same or different hotel, please contact our local office so that you are not charged the full room rate from the hotel.
How to cancel your reservation?
If you would like to cancel your reservation then please send an email to us at reservations@travel-asia-online.com or send us a fax +94-11-2502678. Please clearly indicate your name, email address and your reservation ID number. Your cancellation is only valid if you have received a reply back from us. In case you do not receive one then please contact us immediately.
